The system features an 70 mm platform with 5 chambers and 3 gaskets (including a middle gasket) to minimize heat transfer. As a result, it achieves a low heat and conductivity coefficient (Uf) of 0.92 W/m2K. Furthermore, the system’s 70 mm width allows for triple glass applications with a glass thickness of 52 mm, resulting in a superior U window value (Uw: 0.78 W/m2K). This combination of profile section and glass thermal values enhances energy efficiency, maintaining comfortable indoor temperatures.
The PVC Door System features profiles with support sheets that provide high static values, essential for areas with strong wind loads. These high static strength sheets enable the creation of wider windows, expanding the field of view without compromising stability. The system also offers a broad product range, including standard frames, sill frames, common rails, and various wing and dropper wing options for inward and outward opening doors. Additionally, there is a comprehensive auxiliary profile group to accommodate specific design needs, such as corner turns, facade profiles, and different glass thickness applications ranging from 24 to 52 mm.
